By using Varatron Health, you acknowledge that telehealth involves the use of secure electronic communications between you and a licensed clinician for the purpose of evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. You understand that telehealth has limitations: a clinician's evaluation is based on the information you provide and is not a substitute for in-person examination when one is medically warranted. The clinician may determine that telehealth is not appropriate for your situation and may decline treatment or refer you elsewhere.
